Οι Metallica ξεχώρισαν την ερμηνεία της Πηνελόπης Αναστασοπούλου και δημοσίευσαν ένα story στον επίσημο λογαριασμό του συγκροτήματος στο Instagram αποθεώνοντας την ηθοποιό.
ΔΙΑΦΗΜΙΣΗ
Στις 27 Ιουνίου η Ελληνίδα ηθοποιός δημοσίευσε στα social media ένα βίντεο με μία εκτέλεση του θρυλικού «The Unforgiven II» και κατάφερε να κερδίσει την προσοχή του διάσημου συγκροτήματος. Το συγκρότημα είχε ανακοινώσει έναν παγκόσμιο διαγωνισμό fan cover #GetTheReLoadOut με αφορμή την κυκλοφορία του επανεκδοθέντος άλμπουμ ReLoad (Remastered). Ο διαγωνισμός αυτός απευθυνόταν σε φίλους των Metallica από κάθε γωνιά του πλανήτη, καλώντας χιλιάδες μουσικούς, performers και καλλιτέχνες να καταθέσουν τη δική τους προσωπική εκδοχή τραγουδιών του δίσκου.
Κάτω από το βίντεο με την εκτέλεση της Πηνελόπης το συγκρότημα έγραψε «Honorable Mention» (Τιμητική μνεία), καθώς αποτελούσε την τρίτη κατά σειρά διάκριση της εβδομάδας.
